We try to answer your questions as soon as possible. Normally we can back to you within 24 hours, but in certain periods the response time could be a bit longer.

If you have a question regarding deliveries and terms of delivery in general, contact our customer service center.

If your question is regarding an ongoing delivery, please contact the transport company with the tracking number you have received in the delivery email. You will find all contact information in the email with the delivery information. 

NOTE!

We can not help you if the delivery is on going and under transportation.
